Membership requirement
At the end of the year, the club must have at least 20 members or a net growth of at least five new members.

Goals
1) Two Competent Toastmasters (CTM)
2) Two more CTM
3) One Advanced Toastmaster Bronze (ATM-B), Advanced Toastmaster Silver (ATM-S) or Advanced Toastmaster Gold (ATM-G)
4) One more ATM-B, ATM-S or ATM-G
5) One Competent Leader (CL), Advanced Leader (AL) or Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)
6) One more CL, AL or DTM
7) Four new club members
8) Four more new club members
9) Four club officers trained during each of the two training periods
10) One semiannual membership report and one club officer list submitted on time

7 of 10 goals - Select Distiniguished Club
9 of 10 goals - President's Distinguished Club
