Federal Toastmasters held a Special Awards Ceremony to install new officers,
present awards and recognize new members. Winston Sherman, Area 33 Governor
served as the master of ceremonies. New officers
were sworn-in by the area governor. Gary Burke and W. Raymond Keng received
their Competent Toastmaster (CTM) pins; Fred Ferate received his Advanced
Toastmaster Bronze (ATM-B) pin; and Sharon McMillan, Jose Garcia and Fred
Ferate received their Competent Leader (CL) tags.
